Royal Caribbean ยป Enchantment of the Seas Fitness Center Tour (13 pics)

Below, you will find many pictures and information about the fitness center on Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas.

On our recent cruise, I was able to make it to the gym twice. I found it funny that on the first morning, the fitness center was incredibly busy with lots of motivated people.

But on the last full day of cruising, there was barely anyone at the gym, which you can see in the picture above. And I went at the same time on both days! ๐Ÿ™‚

Enchantment of the Seas Fitness Center:

To find the workout area, you must head to the rear of the ship on Deck #9. Look for the spa because this is how you get in.

Once you enter the spa, look for the stairs that go upstairs. This is where the gym is located.

As you get to the top, you will first see a row of ellipticals and treadmills. All of them face towards the windows, which provide a great view of the ocean! Unfortunately, the sun drowned out the beautiful views in the below picture. ๐Ÿ™‚

In front of the treadmills, there are several weight machines. It was a mixture of resistance workouts for your legs and arms. Life Fitness made all of the machines.

If you were to turn to the left when you first enter the fitness center, there is a gym floor and open area. There were lots of spin bikes that are used for the onboard classes, which cost extra.

Next to this area are the free weights. It’s not a very big area and can only accommodate a few people at once. As you can see, only two benches were available.

On the other side, there are more treadmills. In front of them were a number of stationary bikes. There was also one squat machine at the very end.

Finally, you will find another open area on the back of the Enchantment of the Seas fitness center. I saw people doing sit-ups, pushups, etc. here.

There was also a rack of lighter free weights and rollers available.

At the back were a few other weight machines to work the biceps and triceps. The machine in the middle is for assisted dips and pullups.

There were multiple Purell stations that dispensed sanitary wipes to clean the machines and weights.

On either side of the fitness center, there are towels that are free to take and use. There are also bins to throw them once you are done. Unfortunately, there is a sign near the water fountain that asks you not to use it to fill up your water bottle.

Overall, the fitness center on the Enchantment of the Seas is not very big.

But as long as not many people are using it, then you should have no problems getting your workout in.

Lastly, if you want to run but dread the thought of running on a treadmill, I have great news. There is an outdoor jogging track on Deck 10. In the mornings, there were several people both running and walking on it.
