7 Restaurants on the Enchantment of the Seas (2024)

Royal Caribbean » 7 Restaurants on the Enchantment of the Seas (2024)

If you are planning a cruise onboard Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas, you will be happy to learn about the restaurants and other dining options.

There was a variety of different places to eat, offering many different types and styles of food. I certainly wasn’t complaining after spending 7-days on board. Well, except maybe my waistline! 🙂

Enchantment of the Seas Restaurants:

#1. My Fair Lady Dining Room

  • FREE
  • Location: Rear of Decks 4 and 5
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here.

The My Fair Lady Dining room is the main dining area on the Enchantment of the Seas. It’s where you go for dinner to sit down for a full-course meal every night. On our 7-day cruise, there were two formal nights, where we dressed up fancy.

The dining room spans two floors, with a huge staircase leading from Floor 5 to Floor 4. In the center, there is a beautiful chandelier.

Dinner was a three-course meal with a different theme every night, such as French, American, or Mexican. You could order as many appetizers, main courses, or desserts as you want. A few nights, I had multiple appetizers because I couldn’t pick just one!

The service by our waiting staff was outstanding. We were always waited on with a smile.

When I booked my cruise with Royal Caribbean, I had the choice to either pick a set time to eat dinner, or do something called “My Time Dining.” With this option, you can walk in at anytime after 6:45 pm to eat. We chose “My Time Dining,” mostly because we have two younger kids and weren’t sure how they tired they would be each day around dinner.

You could also eat a full sit-down breakfast with server service in the My Fair Dining Room every morning from 8:00 – 9:30 am. Lunch was also served between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm on at-sea cruising days.

The meals at My Fair Lady are free, but you can pay extra for certain items at dinner, such as lobster tails. But there was one night where you could get ONE lobster tail for free. For the record, I also ate my wife’s as she doesn’t love lobster. 🙂

#2. Windjammer Buffett

  • FREE
  • Location: Front of Deck 9
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Windjammer Buffett is the Enchantment of the Seas restaurant, where we ate most of our meals, especially breakfast and lunch.

It’s easy to find as you just need to walk towards the front of the ship on Deck 9. Eventually, you will enter the Windjammer, as there is an entrance on both sides of the ship.

There was always someone friendly waiting to greet us with hand sanitizer. The cruise staff at the entrance would always say “washie washie for yummie yummie” before squirting the santizer in our hand, and this phrase became quite famous over the course of the cruise. 🙂

The Windjammer is arranged in a giant circle around the front of the ship. The food is mostly located in the center of the room, with other stations on each side.

The room is surrounded by windows. We always tried to sit next to a window for the fantastic views.

There were many different-sized tables, which should fit most families. The Windjammer was definitely most busy for breakfast on days we were at a port. This makes sense, as everyone wanted to eat before getting off the ship for the day!

We made it a point to sample all the deserts when we ate at the Windjammer.

If you walk out of the Windjammer on the starboard (right) side of the ship, you will also find a soft-serve ice cream station! While there are PLENTY of deserts and treats inside the restaurant, getting ice cream was sometimes the perfect choice.

The Windjammer closed for half an hour between breakfast and lunch and then for three hours (3 pm to 6 pm) between lunch and dinner. If the buffet was closed and you were hungry, the Park Cafe is a great option for food.

#3. Park Cafe

  • FREE
  • Location: Inside the Solarium on Deck 9.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Park Cafe was a great option to get something quickly or if you wanted something while at the pool.

This Enchantment of the Seas restaurant is located inside the Solarium, which is an 18+ area that includes a pool and hot tubs. While you are not supposed to stay in there if you have kids, no one had any problems with children accompanying their parents to get food.

The Park Cafe served items such as paninis, salads, and sandwiches. But our favorite food here was the pizza! It was very good and featured a thin crust.

Our kids especially loved it, and they had a competition one afternoon at the pool to see who could eat the most. Our son won, as he ate 6.5 pieces, to my daughter’s 6 pieces. But, unfortunately, this ruined their appetite for dinner later that evening. 🙂

There is also a drink station at the Park Cafe, serving water, juice, and coffee.

The Park Cafe was always open when the buffet was closed. So, no matter when you get hungry, there is delicious FREE food available somewhere. It’s also open late, in case you get hungry after watching a late show or dancing.

#4. Room Service

  • FREE for breakfast. A delivery fee for lunch, dinner, and late-night.
  • Location: Your room!
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon snacks, and late night.

If you’re hungry and don’t feel like leaving your room, you can have food delivered to you! Room service is available 24/7 on the Enchantment of the Seas.

Technically, the food is free, but you do need to pay a service fee to have it delivered to your room. The charge wasn’t much, I believe it was $8.95.

#5. Café Latte-tudes

  • Everything here costs extra, but nothing is very expensive.
  • Location: The center of Deck 6.
  • Coffee, tea, and light snacks.

Café Latte-tudes is the coffee shop on the Enchantment. If you don’t enjoy the free coffee, you can have the onboard barista brew you Starbucks or make one of the other specialty drinks. In the morning, there was sometimes a decent line of people waiting.

There were small meals, snacks, and treats for purchase here. Honestly, just think of any Starbucks you have visited before; the food and drink offerings here are very similar.

#6. Chops Grille

  • $$
  • Location: The rear of the ship on Deck 6.
  • Lunch and dinner.

The Chops Grille is an American steakhouse. If you don’t want to eat dinner in the My Fair Lady Dining room or the buffet, then the Chops Grille is your alternative.

Please note that the Chops Grille is NOT free. You will pay for your dinner. But it’s a great place to celebrate a special occasion or just to try something new when sailing.

Reservations are REQUIRED for this Enchantment of the Seas restaurant. Make sure to book this as soon as possible to ensure you get a spot. The restaurant only holds 80 people at a time.

Here is a picture of the menu during our cruise:

#7. Chef’s Table

  • $$$$
  • Location: The rear of the ship on Deck 6.
  • Dinner only.

The Chef’s Table is an option that will appeal to foodies. It’s an incredibly unique dining experience limited to ONLY 12 guests at a time.

You can expect a 5-course meal hosted by an Executive Chef and Sommelier.

As you can imagine, this is an incredibly intimate dinner that includes meals you won’t find anywhere else on the ship.
