I was surprised to find only FIVE Hyatt Hotels within a decent driving distance of Disney World. All the hotels below are less than 15 miles from the theme parks.
You’ll find information about each hotel’s available rooms, amenities, restaurants, and proximity to theme parks. Pay attention to whether each Hyatt hotel provides transportation to Disney.
Whether you want to use points from the World of Hyatt Loyalty Program or just enjoy staying at Hyatt accommodations, you will find an option that suits you!

Transportation to Disney World: Fabulous Buses offers FREE daily transportation to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) near Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. The cost is included in your resort fee. Once you’re at the TTC, you can take Disney transportation to the theme parks.
Not far from Disney World lies Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort.
With many onsite activities and dining options, including perks like Disney Transportation, this hotel provides fun all day and all night.
Resort Room Breakdown:
Many room types are available here, from standard double queen beds to exclusive suites.
Standard king beds come with an additional sleeper sofa, and double bedrooms feature one queen bed and one full bed.
Multiple views are available, including a balcony showing the resort’s landscaping, pool, or lake view.
If you need more space, look at one of the many available suites. For a luxurious stay for couples or families, try the Bi-Level Suite.
Do you have a large group? The VIP Suite sleeps up to 12. For extra space, consider the President’s House, a three-bedroom home.
In-Room Amenities:

Each suite is different, so the amenities will vary, but they hold many amenities similar to standard rooms. The biggest benefit is extra space, bathrooms, and sleeping areas.

Your resort fee includes transportation to the Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs. You can use the Track My Shuttle app to see the bus route and estimated times.
When you are not exploring the parks, you can enjoy hotel amenities like a 24-hour fitness center, jogging courses, and an expansive outdoor pool.
There is PLENTY to do at this hotel – easily enough to fill a full day!

While not the closest hotel to Disney World, the Hyatt Regency Orlando offers a premium stay at an affordable price.
Plus, it’s between Disney World and Universal Studios! This Hyatt hotel is a GREAT place to stay if you want to spend time visiting both incredible places.
Resort Room Breakdown:
Traditional rooms offer 415 sq. ft. of space, including two queen beds or one king bed.
You can upgrade to include pool views or have a balcony overlooking the Orlando skyline.
Many suites are also available. Relax in the extra space of the king-bedroom Studio Suite or enjoy a luxurious experience with the Penthouse Suite.
In-Room Amenities:
Standard hotel rooms include amenities like a 65-inch flat-screen TV, climate control, blackout curtains, bath toiletries, a coffeemaker and minifridge, and an iron/ironing board.
Beyond that, your room has a dedicated workspace and marble-accented bathroom.
As expected, suites have amenities like living and dining areas, ceiling windows, skylights, master suites, and impressive views.

This Hyatt Hotel prides itself in its proximity to Orlando entertainment and restaurants. There is plenty to do outside of the hotel!
But, if you want to stay in for the day, spend some time in the large, lagoon-style pool. Book a cabana and indulge in lounge seating and television.
For a unique experience, try Descend 21, a sports bar featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, billiard tables, and many TVs to watch the big game.

Transportation to Disney World:
FREE Disney shuttle service is included with your stay. You must schedule transportation at least 30 minutes before departure.
Shuttles transport to theme parks twice daily and return to the hotel twice daily. Check with the concierge for reservations and the latest schedule. As of this writing, the shuttle ONLY went to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom.
Within walking distance of Disney Springs, this Hyatt hotel blends affordability and proximity into one.
One thing you will love about Hyatt Place Orlando is that it’s a Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel! This means guests enjoy many of the same perks as staying at a Disney Resort.
For example, you will receive EARLY entry to the Disney World theme parks. You can enter the theme parks 30 minutes earlier than other guests, letting you enjoy a few rides BEFORE the wait times get crazy.

The Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista offers 169 rooms. Smaller families will enjoy sleeping in the standard King Bedrooms, which have a sofa bed for extra space.
While this hotel does not have suites, they have spacious family rooms. Family rooms have one or two-bed configurations, a sofa bed, and bunk beds.
In-Room Amenities:
All rooms have at least one 42-inch flat-screen HDTV, WiFi, a minifridge and coffeemaker, an in-room safe, a workspace, a hair dryer, bath toiletries, and an iron/ironing board.

Do you only plan on visiting Disney World for one or two days during your vacation?
If so, you might want to stay at the Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort. It’s relatively cheap and within a 20-minute drive of Disney World.
As the name suggests, it is REALLY CLOSE to Universal Orlando. This hotel would be a great choice if you primarily want to visit Universal during your trip.

Rooms are light-colored and contemporary, with woodgrain headboards and modern-looking lighting. Choose between a king, two queen, or a family room.
Family rooms include one or two beds, kid-size bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. You can pack quite a few little ones in this space!

Because of its location, this Hyatt Place is ideal for those traveling to Disney World only a few times during their vacation.
But, it is a VERY affordable Hyatt hotel with many great amenities. It’s also incredibly close to many other Orlando attractions, such as SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, and Discovery Cove.
Resort Room Breakdown:
At this Hyatt Place, you’ll find an updated, contemporary look with medium blue accents and woodgrain features.
Choose between a king bed or double bed setup. Of course, both rooms also include a sleeper sofa to help expand your resting area.
In-Room Amenities:
Guestrooms include a work desk and wet bar, a 49-inch HDTV, in-room climate control, Hyatt Luxury Pillowtop Mattresses, bath toiletries, a hair dryer, a single-serve coffeemaker, a minifridge, and an iron/ironing board.
