14 Hidden Mickeys at Animal Kingdom Lodge:

Hidden Mickey #1

Before stepping inside Jambo House, look at the sidewalk to the right side of the entrance doors and locate the mural with a lizard. If you look closely at the lizard’s back, you’ll see that one of its spots contains a hidden Mickey.

Hidden Mickey #2

Once you are inside the main lobby at Jambo House, locate the columns and look at the three logs tied together near the base. Together, they form an upside-down hidden Mickey.

Hidden Mickey #3

Keep your attention on the columns and look up to the ceiling to see the African-themed shields on display. You’ll see three black dots on one of the shields, forming this hidden Mickey.

Hidden Mickey #4

Head over to the staircase that leads to the entrance of Boma – Flavors of Africa. At the first landing, look at the small waterfall on the right side. You’ll see a hidden Mickey in the rockwork of the waterfall if you look closely.

Hidden Mickey #5

The next hidden Mickey can be found in the hallways throughout the lodge. Search the guest hallway carpets for rectangles that contain hidden Mickeys facing different directions.

Hidden Mickey #6

Head over to the elevator near the Fitness Center. Look to the right corner of the elevator for carvings in the wood paneling. You’ll see two little circles as ears and an oblong shape beneath them as the head, forming a hidden Mickey.

Hidden Mickey #7

You will find the next couple of hidden Mickeys at the Mara, a restaurant at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Near the food area, look to the wall above the windows and you’ll see a hidden Mickey located in a pile of leaves.

If you get hungry or thirsty while you are in this area of Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Mara is an excellent quick-service option.

Hidden Mickey #8

While still in the Mara, go to the back wall mural. There is a monkey climbing a tree in the middle of the mural’s design. Look closely at the monkey on the left side, and you’ll find a hidden Mickey shape on their face.

Hidden Mickey #9

For the next hidden Mickey, take the back staircase and step outside to the back of the resort toward the savanna viewing area. On your way to the overlook, locate a large, vine-covered column. Look about three-fourths of the way up the column to see a hidden Mickey within the vine design.

Hidden Mickey #10

Once you are at the savanna viewing area, look on the left side for a rock design of a mother giraffe and her calf. Three spots on the mother giraffe form this hidden Mickey.

Hidden Mickey #11

While still in the viewing area, locate the light brown crates between a trash can and a bush beside Arusha Rock and look up. Above the crates, you’ll find this hidden Mickey impressed in the rock.

The final 6 Hidden Mickeys are all found at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village.

Hidden Mickey #12

Once you are in the Kidani Village lobby, go to the themed clock on a table. Look closely at the clock between six and seven, and you’ll see a hidden Mickey in the clock’s design.

Hidden Mickey #13

The next hidden Mickey is also located in the Kidani Village lobby. Look up toward the African-themed chandeliers and notice the one in the middle, nearest to the registration desk. On that chandelier’s top tier, you’ll see a hidden Mickey within the design of dots.

Hidden Mickey #14

To find the next few hidden Mickeys, head over to Sanaa, a restaurant in Kidani Village. The first of the Mickeys can be found by the restaurant’s check-in desk. Look at the hanging baskets in the wall to the left, and you’ll see a hidden Mickey formed by three of the hanging baskets.
